Banksy Winne the Pooh up for auction in LA
A number of paintings from the infamous street artist Banksy are to be sold at auction in Los Angeles.
Bonhams’ Urban Art Sale takes place at the end of October in LA, but the pieces, from Banksy and other British urban artists, can currently be viewed at the Bonhams auction house in London. Read more

A number of pieces of work done by urban artist Banksy are set to go under the hammer at auction house Bonhams in New Bond Street, as part of its Urban Art Sale.
Leopard and Barcode is the main piece that is expected to grab the most headlines and attract the big bucks. Pre sale estimates range from between £60,000 and £80,000 thanks in no small part to Banksy’s signature on the reverse. Read more
£1Million Banksy on the side of a Pub
In 2004 a pub landlord discovered that two kissing policemen had been graffitied on the side of his pub. Seven years later, and hoards of tourists taking photos and asking the landlord about the graffiti, the art work is set to sell for an estimated £1 million to a New York Gallery. Read more
