Luxury brands going for gold
According to a recent study from Walpole, a non-profit London-based organisation that represents luxury brands, 63 per cent of luxury retailers expect the Olympics to impact positively on sales.
Walpole represents over 120 luxury brands and 20 per cent of those who responded to the survey stated that they anticipated a double-digit rise in sales. Read more

Audi unveils its A6 L e-tron concept car in Beijing
Audi has become the latest manufacturer to unveil a luxury model at the Beijing Motor Show, releasing its A6 L e-tron concept car.
It is the first luxury-class e-tron concept vehicle that Audi has released and includes a plug-in hybrid boasting an electric-only driving range of 80 km (49.71 miles) while also being lighter and more efficient. Read more
