Top Ten most complained about Banks
Since the crash of 2008 every man and his dog has had a moan about the banks, whether it’s about not offering loans or about their bonuses. However, The Financial Ombudsman Service collects the data on specific High Street Banking complaints, dealing with the actual services they offer. Complaints were up a staggering 54% on last year due mainly to the PPI debacle.

Consumer groups said the ombudsman’s figures were strong evidence of the banks’ inability to treat PPI complaints fairly.
Oliver Morgans, financial services expert at Consumer Focus, said: “There has been a massive surge in complaints about this issue with some banks showing a totally unacceptable uphold rate. Even the seemingly better performers appear to be unnecessarily stringing out complaints, challenging decisions and denying consumers compensation.
You don’t need to complain about not being offered a short term loan with Borro. All you need to do is get an asset valued by one of our team and you can be using that to secure a quick loan.
