Delivery

Our secure courier service is insured up to £50,000. The collection of your valuables will be arranged at a time and location convenient for you and we will provide you with the driver’s name and vehicle registration in advance.

Our pre-paid courier packs and printable labels are insured up to £30,000. At the Post Office you will get a unique tracking receipt and your valuables are guaranteed to be with us by 9am the next day.

With both our courier options you can track your valuables online on the way to our valuation centre.

For the transportation of high-end fine art and antiques, we work with specialist partners including Ward-Thomas and Constantine and these services are insured up to £2m.

Our valuation centre in Central London is open between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. You can meet your account manager and our valuation experts for a free appraisal of your valuables and a loan quote.

For high value watches, jewellery, fine art and antiques we can organise for one of our experts to appraise your valuables at home or where they are stored. We will then arrange for your valuables to be delivered to our secure storage facility. The delivery is free and insured up to £150,000.
